Desen’s compact modular material washing and classifying plant is designed to remove impurities (such as clay, sand, waste rock) or low-grade components from solid materials (such as ores, sand and gravel aggregates, ceramic materials, coal), thereby enhancing the quality and value of these materials.
1. Mining Ore washing and classification
Desen’s compact modular washing and classification plant is applicable for metal ores with high clay content such as iron ore, manganese ore, phosphate rocks, as well as sand deposits containing gold, platinum, tin, tungsten, and other minerals.
2. Coal washing and classification
Desen’s compact modular coal washing and classification plant is to separate coal from impurities based on their physical and chemical properties to improve the coal grade and calorific value.
3. Sand and gravel aggregate washing and classification
Desen’s compact modular washing and classification plant is to remove soil, impurities, and harmful substances from the sand and gravel so as to enhance their cleanliness and proper grading.
Technical Principles
Desen’s washing and classification plant is primarily based on different settling rate in water and fragmentation degree due to hydraulic or mechanical force of solid materials and impurities. The separation can be done by Desen’s scrubbing, screening, solid-liquid separation,and magnetic separation. Through this process, we can achieve separation, enhance cleanliness and improve the grade of solid materials, ultimately promoting comprehensive recycling and utilization.
