Mobile vibrating screen plant

The mobile vibrating screen plant combines the feed hopper, vibrating screen and belt conveyors together to form the compact module. The vibrating screen achieves screening and grading by utilizing vibrating motors or eccentric shafts to generate periodic vibrations on the screen surface to cause materials jumping or sliding on the screen. Different model of screen and vibrating data can be chosen according the feed materials to realize efficient multi-layer screening and classifying.

Mobile bar screen plant

The Mobile Bar Screen Plant combines feed hopper，bar screen and belt conveyors together to form the compact module. The bar screen, also known as bar grizzly, is composed of parallel bars. It utilizes the material’s own weight to pass through the gaps and separate into different particles sizes. The different bar spacing and inclinations can be selected according to feed materials to realize the screening and grading. It has the advantages of high strength, impact resistance, wear resistance,low noise,large feed capacity and clogging resistance. It is suitable for materials with high impact and hardness, high moisture and viscosity,such as clay, oil sludge,etc.

Mobile rotary screen plant

The mobile rotary screen plant ,also known as mobile rotary drum screen plant , mobile trommel screen plant or mobile rotary cylinder screen plant, is consist of feed hopper, rotary cylinder screen and belt conveyors. It utilizes the rotation and inclination of the cylinder to separate materials into different particle sizes. It has the advantages of simple structure,stable operation, clogging resistance and ability to screen wet materials. It is suitable for the screening of medium particles of sand, coal, slag etc.
