Fixed washing and remediation plant
Background
With the development of society and human activities, environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. Desen has been dedicating in developing environment remediation solutions. Based on our technical team’s scientific research and proved project experiences, Desen has developed the compact modular skid-mounted material washing and remediation plant.
Technical Contribution
In order to promote this technology and fill the gap in China, Desen led to compile the "Ex-situ soil washing and remediation—Technical requirements of modular skid mounted equipments—Part 1: Process and assembly" (T/CMES07003-2022). It is the first Chinese group standard referring to ex-site soil washing and remediation and was officially implemented on September 5, 2022.

Basic modules
Desen’s modular washing and remediation plant consists of four basic modules, that is, scrubbing, classifying, solid-liquid separating and water treatment. The modules will be added or decreased according to feed materials in different projects.
