Mobile Solid-liquid Separation Plant
DSLXC/03
The Desen mobile solid-liquid separation plant DSLXC/03 is designed for quick separation of solid and liquid slurry. The concentrated slurry from Desen’s high-efficient immersion classifying plant DSLXC/02 will be pressured to mud cake and discharged by belt conveyor at bottom directly for further treatment. The separated liquid will be pumped to next Desen water treatment plant DSLXC/04 for recycling use.
Characteristic
* The filter plate is made by enhanced polypropylene material. It has stable chemical properties, corrosion resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, non-toxic and tasteless.
* The hydraulic and electrical linked design during the process of forward and back stroke has greatly saved the energy.
* The DSLXC/03 adopts the PLC control principle, which has the advantages of simple structure, strong applicability, stable and reliable operation, and high efficiency.
*The DSLXC/03 has One-button chassis lifting function, which can be used immediately when the plant arrives.
