Mobile Washing Plant

The Desen high-efficiency scrubbing plant DSLXC/01 is a very important modular part of Desen soil washing and remediation solutions. The bar screen in this modular is designed for pre-screening of coarse materials. It is especially fit for the adhesive materials. The screened qualified materials equally feed to cylindrical scrubbing machine for further washing. 

The scrubbing machine is mainly composed of feeder, rotating cylinder, rubber friction strip, transmission part, and spiral outlet. On one hand, wet the materials have a self- grinding process in the rotating drum; On the other hand, the unique inner design of the drum increases the material scrubbing frequencies. Through this sufficient scrubbing process, the mud, sands and other tiny particles are separated thoroughly in the slurry.
