Mobile screening plant is mainly composed of chassis frame, belt conveyor, vibrating screen, hopper, electronic control device and other parts.
The belt conveyor adopts a one-time forming endless belt which is durable.
The cleaner adopts torsion spring form, compact structure.
The motors on both sides are connected by couplings, which can offset the installation coaxiality error and make the synchronization of the two vibration motors better.
Adopting imported elastic support, the vibration is more stable and the working noise is low.
The screen is made of high manganese spring steel, which has high wear resistance and good elasticity. The aperture of the screen can be flexibly adjusted according to the requirements of the working conditions.
