Faced with complex pollution site management problems such as heavy metal leakage, petroleum hydrocarbon residues, and chemical waste accumulation, traditional remediation technologies often fall into the dilemma of "low efficiency, high cost, and high risk of secondary pollution". Modular design: Let complex projects "break down into pieces"
When engineers in an industrial park in Beijing faced a small plot of land contaminated by heavy metals, traditional large-scale equipment was difficult to enter the site due to site restrictions, and the construction period was delayed again and again. The arrival of the Desen washing and washing vehicle broke the deadlock-this set of "Transformers"-like equipment independently encapsulates seven major functional modules such as feeding, screening, crushing, scrubbing, and dehydration. In the historical pollution control project of Changsha Chromium Salt Plant, the advantages of modular design were fully demonstrated: by adding high-power scrubbing modules and precision screening systems, the equipment reduced the hexavalent chromium concentration in the soil from 2580mg/kg to below 30mg/kg at a processing speed of 100 tons per hour, which is equivalent to completing the work of traditional equipment in half a year in 30 days.
Green cycle: restoration does not come at the expense of the environment
"Repairing a piece of land should not pollute another piece of land", this is the bottom line that the Desen R&D team adheres to. In a 10,000-ton chemical contaminated soil remediation project in Guangdong, the washing liquid recycling technology showed its prowess: after three-stage cyclone separation and membrane filtration system, 85% of the wastewater was purified and reused, and the remaining concentrated liquid was converted into recyclable salts through low-temperature evaporation and crystallization technology, truly realizing "zero wastewater discharge".
This green concept extends to the field of resource recycling. In the Ningxia oil-contaminated soil remediation project, the equipment innovatively integrated an oil and gas recovery module, which not only reduced the petroleum hydrocarbon content in the soil from 8% to 0.3%, but also extracted 3 tons of high-purity waste oil every day, which was refined and reused as industrial raw materials.
