Among numerous screening equipment, the Desen mobile screening plant stands out, becoming a powerful tool for material screening in various industries. Its integrated design seamlessly integrates a chassis frame, belt conveyor, two-deck vibrating screen, hopper, tires, and electronic control system, resulting in a compact footprint and easy transportation and installation.

The tires give it exceptional maneuverability, allowing it to be easily maneuvered around the site under traction, enabling it to operate freely in wide-open construction sites or complex mine tunnels. Its screening capabilities are also impressive, with a two-deck vibrating screen as its core component. The upper grizzly screen first removes coarse particles, while the lower screen provides finer screening. The resulting material is precisely separated into three levels based on particle size, and the output size can be flexibly adjusted to meet customer needs. Its screening efficiency and accuracy far exceed those of similar equipment.

Desen Environmental's mobile screening plant has proven its effectiveness in a mine tailings treatment project in Chongqing. Tailings are a mixture of ore and sediment of varying particle sizes, making traditional screening equipment difficult to access. This vehicle, with its tires, maneuverably drives directly to the tailings pile. The upper grizzly screen separates large waste rock, while the lower screen separates fine ore from the sediment. The fine ore is then recycled, and the waste rock is used for landfill, improving resource utilization and reducing stockpile space.

A belt conveyor ensures stable material transport, ensuring even and continuous feeding into the screening process. The large hopper capacity reduces the need for material additions and improves production efficiency. The electronic control unit acts as the "brain" of the equipment. Through the intelligent control system, operators can easily monitor and adjust operating parameters, achieving automated operation and significantly reducing the complexity and labor intensity of manual operations. These advantages have made it a highly effective tool for domestic waste treatment, soil remediation, mineral processing, coal, chemicals, construction materials, and solid waste treatment, providing strong support for efficient production across various industries.
