The Desen washing plant utilizes a specially designed material conveying unit that adapts to the high viscosity of drilling sludge, smoothly transporting the sludge to the equipment for subsequent processing. In the soil scrubbing and grading unit, powerful scrubbing and grading equipment is used to effectively remove large particles and some contaminants from the sludge, especially when high levels of suspended solids are present.
The key to this process is its innovative scouring process, employing specialized chemical/biochemical solvents that penetrate deeply into the complex structure of drilling sludge, interacting with petroleum contaminants and heavy metals, dissolving and removing them from the surface of soil particles. In the solid-liquid separation process, the cyclone utilizes specialized structures, such as a volute pre-grading feed structure and a spiral feed structure, to effectively improve separation efficiency and ensure the complete separation of solids and liquids from the sludge. In addition, the water treatment module equipped in the Desen scrubber recycles or discharges wastewater generated during the treatment process in a manner that meets standards.
