In the field of soil contamination remediation, traditional treatment methods often require the excavation and off-site transportation of polluted soil. This not only significantly increases remediation costs but also poses a high risk of secondary pollution during transport and disposal. To address these challenges, Desen has developed a mobile soil washing remediation Plant that integrates soil washing, separation, and wastewater treatment into a single, compact system. The equipment can be deployed directly to contaminated sites, enabling efficient on-site soil remediation for soils polluted by heavy metals, organic contaminants, and mixed pollutants.

Before operation, comprehensive preparation of both the site and the equipment is required. The working area should be cleared of large debris, leveled, and allocated with sufficient space for equipment positioning and material storage. Meanwhile, all onboard systems of the mobile soil washing Plant are thoroughly inspected to ensure stable operation. Key components such as washing nozzles, mixing units, and conveying pipelines must be free of leakage or blockage, while the power and wastewater treatment modules are verified for reliability. Soil samples are collected and analyzed in advance to determine contaminant types and concentrations. Based on the test results, customized washing agents are formulated, accurately mixed, and stored in the onboard tanks for subsequent use.
During operation, contaminated soil is fed into the pretreatment unit through the onboard feeding system. Large-sized impurities are removed through crushing and screening, producing uniformly graded soil particles. The pretreated soil is then thoroughly mixed with the customized washing solution, allowing full contact under combined mechanical agitation and chemical reaction. This process promotes the desorption of contaminants from soil particle surfaces. The resulting slurry enters the solid-liquid separation unit, where clean soil is separated from the contaminated washing solution.
The treated soil is rinsed and tested on-site. Soil that meets environmental standards can be directly reused for backfilling or site restoration, while non-compliant soil is returned for further washing cycles to ensure compliance. The contaminated washing solution is transferred to the onboard wastewater treatment system, where adsorption, sedimentation, and filtration processes are applied. After purification, the treated water is recycled back into the washing process, forming a closed-loop water reuse system. Concentrated pollutants and residual impurities are collected separately and disposed of by certified facilities in accordance with environmental regulations.
After completing remediation work, the equipment undergoes comprehensive cleaning and maintenance. Residual soil and washing agents are removed, and consumable components are inspected or replaced to ensure reliable performance in subsequent operations. Final verification tests are conducted on the remediated soil to confirm compliance with regulatory standards. Once approved, the treated soil can be safely used for landscaping, land reclamation, or construction backfilling, ensuring zero secondary pollution risks throughout the entire remediation process.
With its standardized operating procedures and scientifically proven treatment methods, the Desen mobile soil washing Plant effectively overcomes the limitations of conventional soil remediation approaches. Whether for scattered urban contaminated sites or polluted soil surrounding mining areas, the system delivers rapid response, high efficiency, and environmentally sustainable remediation, providing a practical and reliable solution for global soil and environmental restoration projects.
