Oil is an important mineral resource in my country. During the production and construction process such as mining, processing and transportation, oil enters the soil directly or indirectly through various channels, changing the original chemical properties of the soil and even aggravating the salinization of the soil. According to relevant literature, about 8 million tons of crude oil enter the environment every year in the world and about 600,000 tons of crude oil enter the environment in my country, polluting the soil, groundwater, rivers and oceans. Because the aromatic hydrocarbons in the components of oil contain potentially dangerous benzene compounds and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons that are carcinogenic, teratogenic and gene mutagenic, they pose a huge threat to human health and the environment.
The pollutants in oil-bearing soil are usually divided into the following four categories: ① Inorganic pollutants mainly composed of heavy metals and salts such as copper, chromium, and mercury; ② A large number of harmful microorganisms that coexist in sludge, mostly pathogens; ③ Organic pollutants mainly composed of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), phenols, benzene series, etc.; ④ A small amount of radioactive elements. Therefore, implementing pyrolysis and washing treatment of oil-bearing soil and promoting ecological resource utilization are important measures to fight the tough battle of pollution prevention and control, achieve synergistic efficiency of pollution reduction and carbon reduction, and build a beautiful China. Desen's oil-bearing soil hot washing system uses physical hot washing technology to efficiently grade and reduce the bulk of oil-contaminated soil, achieving the comprehensive restoration goals of waste oil recovery, solid material backfilling, and mud cake material up-to-standard disposal. Desen's oil-bearing soil hot washing system mainly includes: feeding module, scrubbing module, multi-stage washing and grading module, high-efficiency concentration module, filter press module, water treatment module, electrical control module, etc. The main factors affecting the effect of chemical hot washing of oil sludge include cleaning agent, hot washing temperature, hot washing time, liquid-solid ratio, stirring speed, etc.
Previously, the new generation of petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soil remediation equipment developed by Desen Environment has been successfully operated in the soil remediation project of Ningxia Second Additive Factory! This project is currently one of the largest petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soil remediation projects in China.
