The main equipment of the whole system (15T/H) covers an area of about 700㎡ (L*W*H: 35m*20m*9m), and the equipment layout can be flexibly adjusted according to the on-site working conditions.
The system equipment is modular equipment, which does not require a foundation, and only needs to sort out a horizontal hardened ground. Modular equipment can be installed quickly, reduce on-site infrastructure investment, greatly shorten the equipment installation and commissioning cycle, and save project operating costs.
The system equipment adopts a PLC intelligent control system, which can realize local one-stop control and remote multi-port monitoring of equipment operation status. The equipment operating parameters and operating indicators are displayed in real time, which can meet the third party's seamless supervision requirements for relevant monitoring data during the project implementation process. The whole system is operated by 2 people/shift, saving the manpower cost of project operation.
