The soil has a gravel content of less than 50%, and the main pollutants include petroleum hydrocarbons (C10-C40), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), and benzene excipients (BTEX). The total hydrocarbon content (THP) ranges from 5% to 7%. To achieve efficient treatment, a combined remediation process of "chemical oxidation + ex situ washing + bioremediation" is employed. Chemical oxidation rapidly degrades stubborn pollutants, ex situ washing removes contaminants from the soil through physical and chemical means, and bioremediation further purifies the soil through microbial metabolism. These three processes work synergistically to comprehensively address the pollution challenge.
During the implementation process, Desen's modular integrated hot washing system was selected as the core washing equipment, offering significant advantages. Its modular design facilitates disassembly and assembly, allowing for flexible relocation and adaptability to the complex geographical environment and project requirements of the Middle East. A fully integrated DCS intelligent control system ensures precise operation and real-time monitoring, ensuring a stable and efficient treatment process.
