Traditional methods have long held a niche in the field of ditch sludge treatment. However, with increasing environmental protection requirements and technological advancements, their drawbacks have become increasingly apparent. The gap between them and Desen's ditch sludge washing technology is stark.

Desen Environment launches new technology for ditch sludge treatment

Landfilling is a common traditional treatment method. Large quantities of ditch sludge are sent to landfills, which not only consumes significant land resources but also contains heavy metals (such as cadmium, mercury, and lead), pathogens, and persistent organic pollutants. These pollutants can penetrate deep into the soil over time, contaminating soil and groundwater, acting like a ticking time bomb and posing long-term ecological risks. While incineration can reduce sludge volume, it produces large amounts of harmful gases, causing severe atmospheric pollution and requiring substantial costs for subsequent exhaust gas treatment. Furthermore, traditional treatment methods are inefficient and limited in scale, making them difficult to meet the growing demand for ditch sludge treatment in cities.

Desen's ditch sludge washing equipment offers significant advantages. Its modular design eliminates the need for complex foundation construction and allows for rapid deployment, requiring only leveled and hardened ground. This reduces infrastructure costs by over 60%, and installation and commissioning can be completed within 10 days. Traditional methods, however, require long construction periods and complex installation and commissioning. In terms of processing capacity, it can process 30 tons of sludge per hour. Through multi-stage scrubbing and screening technology, it can reduce the sludge's moisture content from over 80% to below 30%, reducing its volume by over 70%, far exceeding the efficiency of traditional treatment methods.

Desen's intelligent system is equipped with a 5G intelligent control module, enabling remote monitoring and operation. It can adjust parameters in real time based on sludge properties, avoiding energy waste. Traditional methods rely on manual operation, which is inefficient and prone to errors.

In terms of resource recycling, Desen's leaching technology adheres to the principle of "turning waste into treasure." After cleaning, the treated gravel and fine sand can be used as building materials. The separated organic matter can be converted into biomass fuel through composting or fermentation. The rinse water recovery rate exceeds 85%. Traditional methods have virtually no resource recovery process, resulting in significant resource waste. The drainage networks on some streets in Nanchang's old city district are relatively small and dated. During the rainy season, rainwater carries with it large quantities of silt, fallen leaves, and oil and garbage from street vendors and restaurants, severely impacting the drainage network's capacity. Nanchang primarily uses dredging and landfilling to dispose of sludge. This method not only consumes valuable land resources but also causes harmful substances in the sludge to gradually seep into the soil and groundwater, potentially contaminating them. Facing this challenging situation, Desen employed a "magic key"—the Tongdui sludge washing solution. The team overcame numerous obstacles and successfully achieved harmless sludge treatment, achieving a water recycling rate of over 90% during the treatment process, reducing water consumption and wastewater discharge. The 5G intelligent control module onboard the equipment proved invaluable during operation, ensuring efficient and stable operation and minimizing energy waste. The success of this pilot project not only saved Nanchang significant sludge treatment costs and resource procurement costs, but also reduced environmental remediation costs associated with sludge pollution. In the field of ditch sludge treatment, Desen's ditch sludge washing technology has demonstrated its powerful strength with a series of impressive data. It has won the battle comprehensively and is an innovative choice for ditch sludge.
