The Desen mud treatment system adopts advanced and unique scrubbing and grading treatment technology to achieve efficient treatment of ditch residual mud, river sludge, shield mud, etc.

First, after the mud enters the system, it will first be processed by the first-level soil hydraulic screen to grade and screen out the solid materials larger than 2mm in the initial material. The slurry with a size less than 2mm will enter the mud leaching module, and specific reagents will be added at this stage to make the mud and the reagent fully react.

The reacted mud is pumped into the high-efficiency immersion classification module, and then into the secondary selection module, so as to achieve efficient classification of 0.15-2mm fine sand materials and minimize the solid content of the mud filter press.

During the entire screening and grading process, an independent high-pressure water spray system is also attached to ensure that the graded aggregates are clean and pollution-free.

The slurry treated by the secondary selection module will be directly pumped into the high-efficiency concentration tank for concentration treatment. At this time, a flocculant will be added to accelerate the flocculation and grading of the mud.

After the mud is flocculated and concentrated in the concentration tank, the returned supernatant directly enters the water treatment system, and the concentrated mud at the bottom enters the mud buffer tank. The concentrated slurry is then pumped into the plate and frame filter press through the plate and frame feed pump for the final separation of mud and water.
