Pipeline transportation has always been the main way of transporting oil products in my country. However, due to the aging, corrosion, construction, and human damage of oil pipelines, pipeline damage and perforation have led to a large amount of oil leakage, causing environmental pollution around the pipelines. If effective measures are not taken to deal with it in time, after the leaked oil enters the soil, it will penetrate underground and diffuse along the surface under the action of gravity, surface tension and capillary phenomenon. Under the scouring of rainwater, it will accelerate the migration to the surrounding and deep soil to erode the soil layer, causing the soil layer to salinize, asphaltize, and compact. What is more serious is that the toxic substances in the leaked oil will gradually accumulate in the bodies of animals and plants, thus posing a threat to human health.
In 2016, my country issued the "Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan" to prevent and control soil pollution, which further emphasized the severity and importance of oil-contaminated soil governance. With the continuous increase of my country's oil industry projects overseas, the requirements for environmental protection have become more stringent. Governments of various countries attach great importance to soil pollution, and it is more urgent to study the problem of oil pollution in soil, and urgently need industrialized remediation technology. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the rapid and efficient treatment technology for high-concentration oil-contaminated soil remediation.
Chemical washing is a method of separating oil adsorbed on the surface of soil particles by using chemical washing agents. The chemical washing agents used mainly include surfactants, inorganic salts, alkalis, etc. The general process is to first prepare the surfactant (sometimes other additives need to be added) into an aqueous solution detergent, and then use the washing agent to wash the oil-contaminated soil to desorb and desorb the oil from the soil, and then use gravity sedimentation or centrifugal sedimentation to achieve the three-phase separation of soil, water and oil.
The principle of Desen's oil-containing soil hot washing system is to use a physical hot washing process to efficiently grade and reduce the bulk of oil-contaminated soil, and achieve the comprehensive remediation goals of waste oil recovery, solid material backfilling, and mud cake material up-to-standard disposal. With its fast, efficient and wide applicability, it has become an important means of soil oil pollution control, especially suitable for emergency treatment of severe oil soil pollution in the core area of pipeline leakage.
