Oily sludge and contaminated soil generated during oil extraction, storage, transportation and processing have become "invisible killers" threatening the ecological environment. It is estimated that the total amount of existing oil-contaminated soil in my country exceeds 2 billion cubic meters, of which oilfield area pollution accounts for more than 60%. Traditional treatment methods such as incineration and landfill are not only costly, but also more likely to cause secondary pollution. Desen's sludge hot washing technology solves the problem of stable combination of petroleum hydrocarbons and soil particles through the synergistic mechanism of "thermal activation-chemical stripping-gradient separation". Its technical system includes three major innovative modules:
Thermal activation module: using graded heating technology, precise temperature control in the temperature range of 200-450℃, and destroying the oil-soil interface bonding force through heat conduction. Desen oil sludge hot washing technology has verified its effectiveness in major projects in many countries or regions. In the Changqing Oilfield Production Plant No. 2 project, a total of 120,000 cubic meters of oily soil were treated, 4,300 tons of crude oil were recovered, and direct economic value exceeded 20 million yuan.
