On construction sites, a mix of rocks, sand, gravel, and soil awaits processing; at mining sites, freshly stripped ore needs rapid classification; in environmental remediation projects, contaminated soil urgently needs to be screened to remove impurities. In these scenarios, the Desen screening plant is always there, bringing order to the chaotic material.
The Desen screening plant's core advantage lies in its mobility. It integrates the screening equipment onto a roadworthy chassis, eliminating complex installation requirements and enabling operations within half an hour of arriving on-site. Its tracked or tire-mounted design allows it to navigate both flat construction sites and the rugged terrain of mines, truly enabling it to "go wherever it's needed."
The operating principle appears simple, yet conceals a sophisticated design. A combination of screens of varying apertures, coupled with high-frequency vibrations generated by a vibrating device, separates the material on the screen surface: large-sized rocks are retained, medium-sized sand and gravel fall into the middle collection area, and fine soil is filtered out from the bottom layer. For special materials, some screening plants can also be equipped with magnetic separation devices to separate out entrained metal impurities, further improving material purity.
Desen mobile screening plants are particularly effective in resource recycling. They screen construction waste generated by demolition, producing crushed stone that can be reused as roadbed fill and fine sand that can be incorporated into new concrete. In agriculture, they can remove rocks and impurities from the soil, helping to improve soil structure and enhance farmland quality.
Breaking free from the constraints of fixed sites, Desen screening plants, with their flexibility and efficiency, have become an indispensable mobile hub in the material handling process. They not only improve resource utilization but also free the material handling process from the constraints of fixed operations, allowing value to be recreated through mobility.
