When it comes to soil washing equipment, many people have a preconceived notion that it must be cumbersome—large in size, dependent on fixed infrastructure, and only capable of treating a single type of pollution. When faced with complex scenarios such as industrial legacy sites and water source protection areas, it often "cannot exert its strength". However, Desen Environmental Soil Washing plant is determined to break this stereotype, shouldering the heavy responsibility of remediating complex polluted soil with its compact plant-mounted design.

Desen Environmental Soil Washing plant: Compact Size, Powerful Performance—Easily Handles Complex Pollution

Its all-round capabilities lie in the details:

- To address the issue of dense buildings around old factory areas, the soil washing plant is equipped with a telescopic operation arm that can flexibly adjust the operation radius. Even if the plot is surrounded by old workshops, it can accurately target the polluted area for washing, avoiding collisions with surrounding facilities.

- When dealing with combined pollution of heavy metals and organic matter, the on-board chemical proportioning system switches modes in real time: it first releases solvents to decompose organic matter, then injects chelating agents to fix heavy metals, achieving dual purification in one step.

- If operating near water sources, it can also activate the closed-loop circulation module. The washing solution circulates within the equipment throughout the process, without falling to the ground or leaking, completely eliminating the risk of secondary pollution.

A soil remediation project in an industrial park last year is a typical case: half of the plot was adjacent to the city’s groundwater recharge zone, and the other half was divided into multiple small blocks by abandoned workshops. Additionally, the soil was contaminated with both heavy metals and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Traditional equipment either could not adapt to the site or could only carry out phased treatment. After Desen Soil Washing plant entered the site, it overcame the space problem with the telescopic arm, simultaneously treated the combined pollution through the intelligent proportioning system, and ensured water source safety via closed-loop circulation. In the end, it completed the treatment of 3,200 cubic meters of soil in only 18 days, with all indicators meeting the standards.

This "powerful performance in a compact size" is precisely the core reason why it can gain a firm foothold in complex remediation scenarios.
