The modular integrated ditch sludge treatment system launched by Desen Environment achieves efficient separation of aggregates, fine sand, and organic impurities by scrubbing and classifying the ditch sludge, meeting the requirements of reducing, harmless, and resource-oriented treatment of the ditch sludge, while reducing pollution to the ecological environment.
This ditch sludge disposal project is our company's first preliminary demonstration site for centralized ditch sludge disposal in Nanchang City. Its successful implementation will accumulate rich case experience for ditch sludge disposal, and will also vigorously promote the rapid development of urban ditch sludge disposal in the direction of centralization, modularization, and intelligence.

The system equipment adopts a modular integrated design, with compact technology and high fluency. The functions of individual modules are clear, and the series connection between modules is simple and efficient.
This system equipment has a wide range of applications and is suitable for efficient leaching and grading treatment of various types of mud and soil materials such as ditch mud, river silt, shield mud, chemical industry sites, etc.
The main equipment of the entire system (15T/H) covers an area of about 700㎡ (L*W*H: 35m*20m*9m), and the equipment layout can be flexibly adjusted according to on-site working conditions.
This system equipment is modular equipment and does not require a foundation. It only requires a horizontal hardened ground. Modular equipment can achieve quick installation, reduce on-site infrastructure investment, greatly shorten the equipment installation and debugging cycle, and save project operating costs.
The system equipment adopts PLC intelligent control system, which can realize local one-stop control and remote multi-port monitoring of equipment operating status. Equipment operating parameters and operating indicators are displayed in real time, which can meet the requirements of third parties for seamless supervision of monitoring data related to the project implementation process. The entire system is controlled by 2 people per shift, saving project operation labor costs.
