Since embarking on its environmental journey in 2015, Desen Environment has leveraged innovation to dismantle technical barriers in soil remediation. Facing the challenge of restoring frozen soil layers in northern China, its R&D team pioneered the "Constant Temperature Circulating Remediation System," breaking conventional norms. This breakthrough enables continuous operation in extreme cold (-20°C), boosting winter remediation efficiency by 40%. Beyond solving the industry’s frozen soil governance pain point, the technology has successfully remediated 120,000 m³ of contaminated frozen soil in the transformation of northeast China’s old industrial bases, injecting scientific rigor into ecological governance in high-cold regions. 

In soil washing remediation, Desen integrates smart technology into equipment R&D. Its intelligent sensing system monitors pollutant concentrations in real time, paired with AI-driven dynamic adjustment algorithms to achieve precise capture and treatment of heavy metal contaminants. To address traditional equipment inefficiencies, the "Integrated Quick-Disassembly Module" was developed, enabling Lego-like rapid equipment assembly/disassembly. This innovation set an industry benchmark of processing 800 tons of soil daily at a Shanghai chemical site, proving that meticulous technical refinement accelerates the revival of polluted land. 

At Desen, "Service is an extension of technology" is a guiding principle. During a critical project in 2020, when equipment failure occurred, the after-sales team traversed three provinces within 48 hours and worked 36 consecutive hours in high temperatures to not only repair the equipment but also optimize system processes. This "dedicated warrior" spirit has evolved into a standardized service framework: a 24-hour response mechanism, proactive on-site maintenance, and full-cycle customized solutions ensure every project meets premium standards.
