In the field of cultivated land soil remediation, the diversity of contaminated plots has long been an industry pain point—some are contiguous block-shaped contaminated areas, while others are scattered sporadic pollution points. The design of traditional remediation equipment struggles to adapt to such complex scenarios, leading to low remediation efficiency and high costs. The emergence of Desen Environment’s modular washing equipment has precisely solved this problem.

With modular design at its core, this equipment decomposes functions such as washing, separation, and water circulation into independent modules. Based on the type of cultivated land pollution, pollution scope, and on-site conditions, staff can flexibly combine the required modules:

- For large-area block-shaped contaminated areas, multiple sets of washing modules can be deployed centrally to increase processing capacity;

- For scattered pollution points, modules can be streamlined for rapid deployment, eliminating the need to repeatedly build a complete set of equipment.

This "on-demand combination" model not only significantly shortens the equipment installation and commissioning cycle but also reduces transportation and site occupation costs. Taking a heavy metal-contaminated cultivated land in southern China as an example, traditional equipment requires 15 days to complete installation and commissioning. In contrast, Desen’s modular equipment, through pre-planned module combination schemes, was put into operation in only 5 days—gaining critical time for seizing the agricultural season and ensuring cultivation, and truly realizing "remediation of cultivated land based on local conditions".

In practical applications, the flexible adaptability of Desen Environment’s modular washing equipment is also reflected in its ability to cope with cultivated land scenarios with different pollution levels:

- For plots with moderate heavy metal pollution, modules with higher separation accuracy can be added to enhance the pollutant removal effect;

- For cultivated land with mild organic pollution, auxiliary degradation modules can be integrated to achieve simultaneous treatment of multiple pollutants.

For instance, in a hilly area in southern China, the cultivated land not only had excessive cadmium levels but also contained small amounts of organic pollutants from residual pesticides. By combining washing, high-precision separation, and organic matter degradation modules, the staff completed the cultivated land remediation in a short period. After remediation, the heavy metal content in the soil met the standards, and the residual organic pollutants also dropped below the safety standards. This perfectly adapts to complex pollution conditions, further confirming the equipment’s strong capability in "remediating cultivated land based on local conditions".
